It comes in a fully finished black cabinet, clean white interior, and user-reversible double-pane tempered glass door with factory-installed lock for added security. SUMMIT Pub Cellars include a digital thermostat preset at 45°F, with a range between 41-65°F to accommodate a wide assortment of brews and wine. The automatic defrost operation ensures minimum user maintenance with an internal fan to ensure even cooling inside the 5.5 cu. ft. interior. It has 4 adjustable glass shelves, 1 removable half-sized wire shelf, and an interior light with an on/off rocker switch. This unit is ETL-S listed to NSF-7 commercial standards and ideal for settings following ADA compliant guidelines for lower counter height, making it easy to store and display craft beer and wine at their best.
