The Solartech SPM085P solar module is ideal for RV's, off-grid battery charging, powering remote communications equipment, small water pumping systems, and residential or commercial grid-tie systems. It's constructed using high efficiency multicrystalline 6 inch cells that are situated below a low iron tempered glass face. The frame is made of light weight, durable anodized aluminum. This module comes with prefabricated MC4 connectors on the ends of 3 foot positive and negative wires. This module is certified to meet UL1703, IEC61215, TUV, and ETL Class I-Division 2-Groups C and D. Its warranty guarantees 90% of the rated output after 12 years and 80% after 25 years. If you will only be using one of these modules, we recommend the Morningstar SunSaver 6 Amp solar charge controller. If you need extra wire length, the MC4 extender cables can be used.
