The Dancing Flame LED Candle takes 3x AA alkaline batteries (not included) and features an open/off switch with 4 hour timer option. Simply turn on/off as needed or use the timer to switch on the unit at a specific time. The lantern will illuminate for 4 hours and then shut off to save its battery.
