The Sekisui Diagnostics Osom® Bvblue® Control Set is only CLIA-waived rapid test to aid in the diagnosis of bacterial vaginosis. Rapidly detects elevated vaginal fluid sialidase activity, an enzyme produced by bacterial pathogens associated with bacterial vaginosis including Gardnerella, Bacteroides, Prevotella and Mobiluncus. Shelf life is 11 months.
