Savage Quick Step Base Stand

Ideal for a backlight or short light stand, the Quick Step Base Stand from Savage gives you the ability to adjust the position of a light or other accessory with a super-fast, spring-action foot pedal adjustment. The stand has a ball head with a 5/8" receiver that will accept a fixture (using an inexpensive adapter) or up to a 40" grip arm for extra height. On the other hand, you can also mount to a 3/8" tap on one of the legs for extra low shooting. Instead of loosening a knob to change the angle, use your foot instead. The stand has a wide, stable 29" footprint and will support gear weighing up to 8 lb.
