Installing Russound's ComPoint intercom system into your home? The ISK2 advanced paging keypad makes speaking to your family in other rooms simple. Use it to let the kids know that dinner is ready without shouting up the stairs. Or let the entire house know that movie night is starting soon (and to grab the popcorn!). The ISK2 installs into a standard single-gang electrical box, and wires to your ComPoint system via CAT-6 cable . Up to 36 ISK2 keypads can be installed into your home, each with a unique name. You have two choices for hearing your ComPoint's audio. If you have a standalone intercom system you'll route the ISK2's incoming signal through Russound's companion ISSP intercom speaker . These two components look sharp together in a dual-gang Decora® plate . You can also integrate the ISK2 into your custom-installed audio system, using in-wall speaker wire to connect the ISK2 to compatible in-wall or in-ceiling speakers.
