This griddle works with a thermostat that allows temperatures between 150F - 450F with two high-powered burners heating the plate. The burners are aided by aeration panels at either side to provide more concentrated and efficient heating to the plate. The plate itself is 0.75 thick polished steel and is 24 wide - providing you with a wealth of space to cook a wide variety of food.
