The oven itself is spacious, comes with five separate rack guides for flexible food positioning, and a five surface enamel coating to keep the inside clean and heat resistant. The top features four grates each heated with an open cast iron burner, and a 12 griddle to the side heated with an additional burner. All of these components are held together in a frame made constructed of toughened Stainless Steel that won't tarnish from heat or harbor unwanted germs and food stains.
