Ring Smart Outdoor Plug

If you already have some outdoor lighting in place, but you want to incorporate it into your Ring Smart Lighting system, this is the product you've been waiting for. Ring's new Smart Outdoor Plug can add smart controls to your seasonal string lights, patio lights, or outdoor appliances. The plug has two outlets that can be controlled independently. You'll need to plug it into a weatherproof outdoor GFCI AC power outlet at least two feet above ground level. The 6.5-inch cable should hang with the outlets facing down. You can then plug in two outdoor devices. Each outlet has a cover for when it is not in use. To make these devices "smart," you'll also need to connect the Plug to the Ring Smart Lighting Bridge (sold separately) using the Ring app. Once you do, you'll be able to group and control your lighting or appliances from the app wherever you are.
