If your router or switch is capable of providing Power over Ethernet, you can simply run an Ethernet cable from the camera to that PoE-capable port. This single cable provides a stable network connection as well as steady power. If your equipment isn't compatible with Power over Ethernet, you'll need to use the included PoE adapter and an AC outlet for power.
