For most classic car owners, authenticity matters. Good thing RetroSound knows 20th century rides so well — their S-42 4" speakers are an ideal fit for select vintage cars. Each speaker uses a polypropylene woofer with a treated foam surround for accurate playback and durability in the face of the extreme temperature swings in your car, along with a Mylar tweeter that adds clean, crisp highs. Grilles are not included, but Retrosound offers optional grilles for custom installations. With power handling up to 25 watts RMS, you'll get satisfying performance from these speakers whether you're powering them with a factory radio or an outboard amplifier. Use them to customize a classic vehicle or to upgrade the sound in a newer car — either way these RetroSound speakers fit the bill. Grilles are not included; the factory grilles should be suitable for most applications.
