This Prime-Line combination rolling tool features a wood handle and steel ball bearing rollers. It has a 2-1/2 in. x 1/16 in. convex wheel and a 2 in. x 1/8 in. concave wheel. This rolling tool is used to install most screening materials and vinyl spline into window screen frame.
