Platinum Tools Coax Clarifier™

Dark unpowered coax systems give no clues as to their design, condition, or configuration. The new Coax Clarifier™ from Platinum Tools® makes it easy to discern the layout of a dark coax network, locate faults on individual cable runs, identify remotes through splitters, and determine cable run lengths. All testing is done in this one unit. The Coax Clarifier™ is ideal for coax discovery, quality, and condition. The TCC200 clearly measures overall network quality. It has a concise measurement display for easy understanding of the capability of each run. It depicts network readings as both a bar graph and a digital return loss number which is measured in dB. The TCC200 is able to identify cable faults, test and grade splitter performance. The TCC200 maps run-through splitters to show an accurate picture of the coax system layout using up to 4 Coax RF Remotes (it detects and locates splitters).
