Placom Digital Planimeter

The Placom Digital Planimeter is designed to provide accurate area measurements from 2-dimensional maps of large irregularly shaped areas. It is equipped with a roller wheel for expanded range, an internal microprocessor, digital readout and a wide variety of features to efficiently gather detailed information about large bodies of water, curved borders, and other landscapes. The measurements are very precise and the device is easy to use. It is accurate to +/- 0.2 percent and allows a wide range of cumulative measurements both vertically and horizontally.
