This Pfaltzgraff Multi wood Cheese Slicer is an easy way to cut even slices of cheese. The cutting board is made of Acacia wood and rubber wood, giving it a unique, striped design. The built-in wire iron rack with electroplating features a handle for easy operation. Simply place the cheese on the board and swivel the handle around to bring the wire down through the cheese. A groove in the board shows exactly where the wire will cut, and doubles as the storage position for the rack when not in use. Board measures 8-3/4 x 10-1/4 inches. Hand wash with warm water and a mild detergent; rinse and dry immediately.
