Owatrol

Owatrol's Decks Oil D2 is a film-forming, high-gloss and colorless paint suitable for all non-water-logged wood surfaces such as outboard fuselages, superstructures, masts or cabin areas. It is more elastic than conventional clearcoats and, thanks to the very good penetration properties in the pores of the substrate, results in very good adhesion. Due to the very low viscosity, a perfect course is guaranteed and the thin but viscous film is not cracked, brittle or infiltrated by water. Beforehand, the substrate to be treated should be pretreated with Decks D1 oil. The Decks D2 oil emphasizes the wood color and grain, penetrates extremely deep into the wood and displaces air and moisture, creating a semi-matt, grippy surface.
