The PVC Cleanout Plug attaches to and removes easily from drainage fittings that make threaded connections to provide access to sewer and drain (S&D) pipe systems for cleanout. The 4 in. Male Pipe Thread (MPT) connection on the plug fits 4 in. Female Pipe Thread (FPT) connections of other drainage fittings, sold separately. The drain fitting is made of polyvinyl chloride (PVC). Meets applicable ASTM standards. For use in non-pressurized underground sewer and drainage applications; maximum working pressure of 5 psi. This cleanout plug enables a point of access to feed a plumbing snake into a clogged drain pipe.
