Microchip MCP2221 Breakout Module

Designed to demonstrate the device as a USB-to-UART/I2C/SMBus protocol converter solution. Can be used together with a UART-based and/or I2C/SMBus system. Helps to ease the implementation of adding USB capability to a system.
