The ASWC-TOY-LEX adapter from Axxess allows you to connect your vehicle's steering wheel controls to car stereos from Alpine, Clarion, Dual, Eclipse, Jensen, JVC, Kenwood, Parrot (with adapter), Pioneer, Sony, Visteon, or Valor. (Note: your new stereo must have a 3.5mm steering wheel control or wired remote control input.) Installation is a straightforward process. You usually have to connect a couple of wires to the Crutchfield-supplied harness, then plug a connector on this adapter into a Toyota plug, and the adapter will automatically recognize your Toyota or Lexus.
