This La Crosse Technology Tornado Weather Alert Radio allows you to receive severe weather alerts in the palm of your hand. A 1-button selection of tornado-only alerts allows you to turn off all other alerts. This unit receives all 7 NOAA channels with FM reception at 85.7–108 MHz and AM reception at 520–1710 kHz. The blue LED turns red and flashes during weather alerts. With an AMUSA IC Chip, this radio offers high-quality digital audio with optimum reception. A built-in 0.5 Watt white LED light serves as an emergency flashlight during severe weather. This low-consumption light saves power for maximum battery life. Requires 3 AA alkaline batteries (not included). Includes 6V AC power adapter and a handsfree lanyard.
