This specific plate is designed to handle the REVOLUTION/REV2 head, but works equally well with many other accessories thanks to a plethora of 1/4"-20 and 3/8"-16 threads spread across the base. The plate is also Arca-type compatible and features safety screws to prevent it from accidentally sliding all the way out. It includes screws and hex keys for securing certain items.
