3800 Collection Grade 1 Escutcheon Mortise Office Door Lever Set with Stainless Steel Trim The Hager 3850 escutcheon mortise office lever set features a latchbolt that is retracted by lever from either side unless outside is made inoperative by key outside or by turning inside thumbturn. When outside is locked, the latchbolt is retracted by the inside lever. The outside lever remains locked until the thumbturn is returned to vertical or is unlocked by key. Auxiliary latch deadlocks the latchbolt when door is closed. Office function does not include a steel deadbolt as pictured. See Hager 3853E for Entry function.
