The Mega Peak is more than just a peak charger - it's a versatile peak charger capable of charging both electric car packs and gas car receiver packs. This is possible because the Mega Peak offers two different charge rates, 4 amp and 1 amp. The 4 amp charge rate is used for charging 6-7 cell NiCd battery packs as found in most electric cars, trucks, and buggies. A universal receiver plug is included. With the 1 amp charge rate you can safely fast charge any 4-5 cell gas car receiver pack with the included receiver charge cord adapter.
