Secure easy access. The Direct Connect® AV Rack Mount Unit comes already assembled for equipment and has plenty of space. This unit includes (2) cooling fans, (3) 2U vented shelves, (3) 2U vented blanks, (4) non-marking casters, (4) stabilizing feet, and (2) easy wire access channels. DirectConnect® was born in 1996 from a request for a patch cable without a strain relief. Years ago all interconnects were molded plastic with a large molded strain relief at each end. After exhausting all of our domestic suppliers, DirectConnect® created a new line of custom products designed by the installer and manufactured to their specifications.
