A digitally controlled burn system delivers a temperature range from 180° F to 500° F and allows you to set the temperature without worrying that it will change. Fueled by 100% natural wood pellets, this steel grill delivers a delicious real wood-fire flavor to food as it cooks. Forced convection cooking eliminates the need for a rotisserie and allows for grilling, roasting, smoking, braising and baking.
