The diamond roof plate is a stone granulated and colorfast corrugated plate. The multi-layered granulated panels have a very high noise reduction value, so that rain and hail showers thus produce virtually no noise on the panel. Stone granules have a very high UV stability, so discoloration is almost impossible. Here the stone coating is glued to the base plate at 800 ° C. Furthermore, the steel core is protected by an aluminum-zinc coating. Another layer of acrylic reduces fungus and moss formation and the special acrylic adhesive keeps the stone granulate in place in all weather conditions. Also, the steel roofing is not flammable and has a high resistance to fire. The diamond corrugated plate withstands wind speed up to 250km / h, temperature fluctuations, extreme heat and frost.
