Post mix is for setting posts only. Post mix is intended for non-structural support of fence posts below grade. A common practice is to take the post mix, pour it in the hole dry, and add water on top. It will set up over time. Be sure not to fully encapsulate the post in the concrete or the moisture will rot the wood of the post.
