The balcony board is made of natural Douglas fir wood and offers plenty of space for the creative design of railings and fences. The high resin content acts as a natural wood protection against fungi and pests. As a result of the weather, Douglas fir darkens and forms a silver-gray patina. This can be inhibited by treatment with a suitable wood preservative. The profiled wooden board also has a high strength and a good staying power.
