Single Dummy Function: Baldwin single dummy knobs are surface mounted with no latch or locking mechanism, and are typically used as decorative trim on the inactive side of a pair of double doors; other uses can include pantry doors, closets, interior French doors, or anywhere a latch isn't required. Single dummy knobs come with only one knob and rosette, and can be mounted on either the interior or exterior of a door. IMPORTANT: This model cannot be installed on pre-drilled doors prepped for 2-1/8", as the rose will not cover the borehole.
