Ampex2020FK residential/light commercial insulation R10 - 45 psi panels (64 square feet) are used for radiant floor (slab) heating systems both for interior and exterior applications - including exterior snow melt systems. The combination of molded expanded polystyrene (EPS) insulation with a vacuum applied high impact polystyrene (hips) film lower face, makes for a strong and resilient panel. The panel combines rigid insulation, a vapor barrier and a pipe locking mechanism into a single solution, that significantly reduces installation time and labor.
