The Amerex 325R 32.5 Gal Wet Chemical Direct Pressure Wheeled Fire Extinguisher (Class K) is a large-capacity, mobile extinguisher designed to suppress Class K fires or those involving cooking oils and grease in large commercial fryers. It uses 32.5 gallons of a Class K liquid agent with a special potassium acetate-based formula which is enough to suppress fire in a fryer that contains up to 560 gallons of vegetable shortening.
