The thermostat is an analog dial system for simplicity allowing you to set the desired temperature in Fahrenheit or Celsius. Simply select heat or cool setting on the rear of the unit, set to the desired temperature on the front dial, plug into the wall outlet and then plug in your heating or cooling appliance it's that easy.
