5 The Prope rtie s dialog box opens.
• In the Config ura tion list, select Automa tic Configura tion (DHCP) if you have a dynamic IP address.
• In the Config ura tio n list, select Sta tic IP a ddre ss if you have a static IP address. Fill in the IP addre ss,
Subne t mask, and G a te wa y a ddre ss fields.
6 Click OK to save the changes and close the Prope rtie s dialog box and return to the Ne twork Se tting s
screen.
7 If you know your DNS server IP address(es), click the DNS tab in the Ne twork Se tting s window and then
enter the DNS server information in the fields provided.
