The following table describes the labels in this screen.
Note: Do not turn off the NBG-418N v2 while firmware upload is in progress!
After you see the Firmwa re Uploa d In Proc e ss screen, wait for several minutes before logging into the
NBG-418N v2 again.

The NBG-418N v2 automatically restarts in this time causing a temporary network disconnect. In some
operating systems, you may see the following icon on your desktop.

After two minutes, log in again and check your new firmware version in the Sta tus screen.
If the upload was not successful, the following screen will appear. Click Re turn to go back to the
Firmwa re screen.

Choose File Click Choose File button to find the.bin file you want to upload. Remember that you must
decompress compressed (.zip) files before you can upload them.

v2 automatically reset itself after the new firmware is uploaded.
Upload Click Uploa d to begin the upload process. This process may take up to two minutes.
Check for
Latest Firmware
Now
Click Che c k for La te st Firmwa re Now button to have the NBG-418N v2 search for the latest
firmware available online at Zyxel’s website.
