8.3.4 Editing a Volume on Disk Group
Use t he Edit Volum e on D isk Group screen to expand a volum e’s capacity. I n the I nt ernal
Stor age > Volum e screen, select a volum e and t hen click Edit in t he Volum e on Disk Grou p
section to open t he screen as show n.

8.3.5 Disk Group
Use t he D isk Group screen to configure and m anage disk groups. From the I nt e rn al St or age
screen, click D isk Group t o open t he screen as shown.

capacity on Disk
Group X
This field displays t he percentage of the disk group size unallocat ed t o ot her volum es, t he
size in use, and t ot al size of the disk group.
Current volum e
size
This field displays t he t otal size of t he volum e, excluding t he file system size.
New volum e
size
This field displays the sm allest size to which you can expand t he volum e ( this includes t he
volum e’s current available size, file system size, and a m inim um additional capacit y for
expansion) . You can ent er a bigger num ber or click M AX t o allocate all the rest of the space
in t he disk group t o t he volum e.
Apply Click Apply to save the set tings.
Cancel Click Can ce l t o close the screen wit hout saving any set t ings.
