The following table describes the labels in this screen.
Note: Do not turn off the LTE3301 while firmware upload is in progress!
After you see the Firm wa re Uplo a d In Pro c e ss screen, wait two minutes before logging into the LTE3301
again.
The LTE3301 automatically restarts in this time causing a temporary network disconnect. In some
operating systems, you may see the following icon on your desktop.

After two minutes, log in again and check your new firmware version in the Sta tus screen.
If the upload was not successful, an error message appears. Click Re turn to go back to the Firmwa re
Upg ra de screen.

Backup configuration allows you to back up (save) the LTE3301’s current configuration to a file on your
computer. Once your LTE3301 is configured and functioning properly, it is highly recommended that you
back up your configuration file before making configuration changes. The backup configuration file will
be useful in case you need to return to your previous settings.
Restore configuration allows you to upload a new or previously saved configuration file from your
computer to your LTE3301.

File Path Type in the location of the file you want to upload in this field or click Bro wse ... to find it.
Browse... Click Bro wse ... to find the .bin file you want to upload. Remember that you must decompress
compressed (.zip) files before you can upload them.
Upload Click Uplo a d to begin the upload process. This process may take up to two minutes.
