13.1 O ve rvie w
By default, the four LAN interfaces on the LTE3301 are in the same group and can communicate with
each other. Creating a new interface will create a new LAN bridge interface (subnet) (for example,
192.168.2.0/24) that acts as a dependent LAN network, and is a different subnet from default LAN
subnet (192.168.1.0/24).
13.2 Inte rfa c e G ro up Sc re e n
You can manually add a LAN/WLAN interface to a new group.
Use the DHCP screen to configure the private IP addresses the DHCP server on the LTE3301 assigns to the
clients in the default and/or user-defined groups. See
Chapter 9 on page 82 for more information.
Use the Inte rfa c e G roup screen to create a new interface group, which is a new LAN bridge interface
(subnet). Click Ne two rk > Inte rfa c e G ro up to open the following screen.

The following table describes the fields in this screen.

LABEL DESC RIPTIO N
Add Click this button to create a new interface group.
Name This shows the descriptive name of the group.
LAN Interface This shows the interface group.
VID This shows the VLAN ID number (from 0 to 4094) of the interface group.
Modify Click the De le te icon to remove the user-defined group.
