In this example, you are creating a new bridge. If you are editing a bridge, the Interface Name
field is read-only. Each field is described in the table below.

Bridge Interface
Properties
Enable Select this to enable this interface. Clear this to disable this interface.
Interface Name This field is read-only if you are editing the interface. Enter the name of the
bridge interface. The format is brx, where x is 0 - 11. For example, br0, br3, and
so on.
Description Enter a description of this interface. It is not used elsewhere. You can use
alphanumeric and
()+/:=?!*#@$_%- characters, and it can be up to 60
characters long.
