7.2 The Dynamic DNS Screen
To change your ZyXEL Device’s DDNS, click Advanced Setup > Dynamic DNS.
The screen appears as shown.

The following table describes the fields in this screen.

LABEL DESCRIPTION
Active Select this check box to use dynamic DNS.
Service
Provider
This is the name of your Dynamic DNS service provider.
Host Names Type the domain name assigned to your ZyXEL Device by your Dynamic
DNS provider.
E-mail Address Type your e-mail address.
User Type your user name.
Password Type the password assigned to you.
Enable
Wildcard
Select the check box to enable DYNDNS Wildcard.
Apply Click Apply to save your changes back to the ZyXEL Device.
Cancel Click Cancel to begin configuring this screen afresh.
