13. Transaction ID enhancement, to integrate the MAC address along with transaction ID
How to check a Transaction id has WAN MAC:
Ex: CPE WAN MAC of interface is "C86C87A87A5C".
We can get the Transaction id of DHCP packet is "7c57b26c"(hex).
We can change the Transaction id(7c57b26c) from hex to dec(2086122092).
Then, we can get "122092" of the "2086122092".(122->7A, 092->5C)
Finally, "122092" will be changed to "7A5C" of CPE WAN MAC.
