Water Storage

Water storage, such as service reservoirs, ensures sucient head of water to help move

water through the distribution system, and provides capacity to even out peak water demand.

Zurn oers multiple valves utilized in water storage applications, including ZW209E pressure

reducing solenoid shut-o, ZW204 oat valve, and ZW221/ZW222 altitude valve.

Properly designed drainage systems can help prevent erosion in areas around water storage

facilities. Examples of the drainage systems that are utilized for water storage are linear drains,

slot drains, and oor drains. Zurn also oers complimentary products that assure the safety
