The temperature of the
watch is too high.
Some apps are
disabled automatically
to help the watch cool
down.
Wait for the watch to cool
down or put the watch in a
cooler environment.
The battery is
depleted. In high
temperature
environments, battery
life will be shortened.
Avoid using the watch in
high temperature
environment.
Shortened
standby time
If you are not able to
connect to the
network, the watch will
continue to send out
signals as it attempts
to locate a base
station. Doing so
consumes battery
power and will
consequently shorten
standby time.
Change your location to one
where the network is
accessible.
Unable to
connect to the
network
The nano-SIM card is
invalid.
Please contact your service
provider.
You are not in the
network’s service area.
Confirm with your service
provider that you are in the
service area.
The reception is poor.
Move to an open space, or if
you are inside a building,
move closer to a window.
