Exercising with the watch
Fit can track your walks, runs, bike rides and count reps of squats,
push-ups, and sit-ups.
1. If your screen is dimmed, touch the screen to wake up the
watch.
2. From the clock face, press the Power button and select Fit
Workout.
3. Select the type of workout you want to monitor.
4. Select START to start monitoring your workout.
Select / to pause or resume the workout.
Select to end the workout.
Select to change metrics.
