When listening to pre-recorded music or watching videos on your mobile device, with
headphones or earphones at high volumes, you run the risk of permanent damage to your
hearing. Even if you are used to listening to music at a high volume and it seems acceptable
to you, you still risk damaging your hearing. Reduce the sound volume to a reasonable level
and avoid using headphones for an excessive period of time to avoid hearing damage.
