View Your Email Inbox
1. Touch > > Email.
2. Touch the email account at the top of the screen to select a different inbox, or touch
Combined view to see all your email inboxes at once.
Refresh an Email Account
Whatever your automatic synchronization settings are, you can also synchronize your sent and
received email messages manually at any time.
■ While viewing the account you want to synchronize, touch Sync .
Sort Email Messages
1. On the email account inbox, touch > Display sort & filter.
2. Select from the options to sort email messages by date received, subject, sender, or size.
Delete an Email Message
1. On the email account inbox, touch and hold the message you want to delete.
2. On the options menu, touch > OK.
Delete Multiple Email Messages
1. On the email account inbox, touch the check box next to the messages you want to
delete.
2. Touch > OK.
Email Account Settings
You can edit settings for your individual email accounts, such as email address and password,
name display and signature, frequency of retrieval, and more.
1. Touch > > Email.
2. Switch to the email account you want to edit.
3. Touch > Settings, and choose from these options:
 General: Change settings that apply to all email accounts, such as APN proxy,
message text size, and auto-advance.
