Using Options During a Call
During a voice call or video call, you will see a number of call
options. Tap an option to select it.
Voice Call Options
• Tap mute to mute or unmute your microphone.
• Tap keypad to switch to the keypad when you need to enter a
code (for example, the PIN for your voicemail or bank account)
during the call.
• Tap hold to put the current call on hold.
• Tap Speaker to switch between the earphone and speaker while
the earphone is plugged in.
• Tap Show me to switch to a single channel video call.
• Tap Video Call to switch to a video call.
Video Call Options
• Tap
(using mobile data) / (using Wi-Fi) to end the current
call.
• Tap
to switch to video mode. In the Video Mode panel, tap
Hide me to remove my video, and then tap Video Only to switch
to a voice call.
• Tap to put the current video call on hold.
• Tap to mute the voice.

Tap to switch between the back camera and the front camera.
Managing Multiparty Calls
When the call waiting and three-way call features are available, you
can switch between two calls or set up a conference call.
Note: The call waiting and three-way call features need network
support and may result in additional charges. Please contact your
service provider for more information.
Switching Between Current Calls
When you’re on a call and another call is received, the tablet screen
displays the caller ID.
To respond to an incoming call while on a call:
• Tap to answer the second call and put the
first call on hold.
• Tap to answer the second call and end the
first call.
• Tap to reject the second call.
To switch between two active calls, tap .
Setting Up a Conference Call
With this feature, you can talk to two or more people (up to six-
party calls) at the same time.
1. Place the first call.
2. Once you have established the connection, tap to add a
video call) or tap to add a voice call, and then dial the second
number (the first caller will be put on hold).
3. When connected to the second party, tap to merge voice
calls or tap to merge video calls.
4. To end the conference call, tap (using mobile data) or
(using Wi-Fi) on the screen.
Note: If one of the people you called hangs up during your call, you
and the remaining caller(s) will stay connected. If you initiated the
call and are the first to hang up, all callers will be disconnected.
