9. Tap the default device name if you would like to change it, and
then tap Complete Setup.
Note: Once logged in, your mobile phone number will be shown at
the top right of the screen.
Placing and Ending Calls
Placing a Call
1. From the home screen, tap .
2. Tap and enter the phone number using the dial pad.
3. Tap to delete incorrect digits.
Note: As you enter a few digits of the phone number, your phone
searches for matching information in your contacts. Tap before
the phone number, and choose a contact from the list. You can
also tap to add a new phone number to your Contacts.
4. Tap Voice Call or Video call to dial.
Note: To make a video call, tap Settings and tap on the switch
beside Enable Video Call.
Ending a Call
During a call, tap (using mobile data) or (using Wi-Fi) to
end a call.
Answering or Rejecting Calls
To answer or reject a voice call:
• Tap to answer the voice call.
• Tap to reject the voice call.
To answer or reject a video call:
• Tap to answer as a video call.
• Tap
to answer the call as a voice call instead.
• Tap to reject the call.
Note: To silence the ringer before answering a call, press the
Volume key.
Working With the Call Log
The call log is a list of all the calls you’ve placed, received, or
missed. It provides a convenient way to redial a number, return a
call, or add a number to your contacts.
From the home screen, tap Call log to open the call log.
Placing a Call From the Call Log
1. Open the call log.
2. Tap a number or a contact icon before a number in the Calls list
on the left side of the screen. The details for that number will be
shown on the right side of the screen.
3. Tap or / to redial.
Note: Tap A-Z to view the completed call history or tap Missed to
only view missed calls.
Adding a Number to Contacts
1. Open the call log.
2. Press and hold a number or a contact icon before a number in
the Calls list on the left side of the screen.
3. Tap Add to Contacts.
4. Tap Create contact to add the number as a new contact, or
to add the number to an existing contact, tap Add to existing
contact, and then tap an existing contact Ok to save it.
