Transfer Files Between Your Device and a
Computer
YoucanusethesuppliedUSBcabletoconnectyourdevicedirectlytoyourcomputerandtransfer
music,pictures,andothercontentfiles.Forexample,ifyouhaveamusicalbumstoredonyour
computerthatyouwanttolistentoonyourdevicewithanyofthemusicapps,justattachyourdevice
tothecomputerandcopythefilestothemusicfolder.
1. ConnectyourdevicetoyourcomputerusingthesuppliedUSBcable.
l InserttheendofthecabletotheUSBjackatthebottomofthedevice.
l InserttheotherendoftheUSBcableintoanavailableUSBportonyourcomputer.

Touch > (Settings)>Connect to PC.
3. YouwillseetheConnect to PC window,andthentouchthedesiredoption.
l Formosttransfers,you'llwanttouseMedia device (MTP).
4. Onyourcomputer,navigatetothedetecteddevice(suchasthroughtheMyComputermenu)
andopenit.
5. Ifavailable,selectadrive(SD cardformicroSDHCcard,USB storageforinternaldevice
storage).
6. Selectafolder(forexample,Musicforsongsandalbums)andcopyfilestoitfromyour
computer.
7. Whenyouaredone,disconnectyourdevicefromyourcomputer.
