Connect to a Wi-Fi network

1. Tap Home > Settings > Wireless & networks > Wi-Fi settings

The available Wi-Fi network names and security settings (open or

secured) are displayed.

2. Tap a network to connect.

 An open network will automatically connect,

 If you select a secured network you need to enter a password.

 Note that Wi-Fi passwords are always case sensitive so enter the

password exactly as it is shown.

Always maintain Wi-Fi connection

By default the Wi-Fi connection is disconnected when the device goes

into standby mode. This can be changed to maintain connectivity:

Tap Home > Settings > Wireless & networks > Wi-Fi settings >

Menu > Advanced > Wi-Fi sleep policy > Never
