is dropped, especially on a hard surface, and the user sus-

pects damage, take it to a service center for inspection.

j. Improper battery use may result in a fire, explosion or other

For those host devices that utilize a USB port as a charging

source, the host device's user manual shall include a statement

that the phone shall only be connected to CTIA certified adapt-

ers, products that bear the USB-IF logo or products that have

completed the USB-IF compliance program.

FCC Compliance Statement

The highest SAR value for the model device as reported to the

FCC when worn on the body, as described in this user guide,

is 0.477 W/kg (Body-worn measurements differ among device

models, depending upon available enhancements and FCC

requirements) and the highest SAR value for the model device

when tested at the head is 1.21W/kg.
